Ok...the page now looks extremely blank, no pictures or anything but it will hopefully improve within a few days.

Finally! The main design of the site is complete. Now just need to check that everything works, and then I will continue to make the other pages. Currently only the about me link works, but I would hope that within a week all of the pages will be up and running. But now that school starts tomorrow, I don't think I'll have that much time to work on the site anymore.

School's started last Monday :( . Not much time for the site anymore - though I am still working on it. Ok, newest development: converted pages to XHTML, although that has ruined the layout of the page, and I have no idea why it shouldn't work. Hope I can fix it ASAP.

What would we do without weekends??? Ok now I know what the problem is, and the only solution is to fill up the page (so if I'm blabbering on and on you will know exactly why). But, I suppose to a degree the change is for the good, as the page should be now compatible for more browsers, and it should be more 'stable'. Why can't everyday be a Sunday?

Site is finally "complete" - well not really, but close. I've nearly completed the first installment of my tutorials, and added most of the links I wanted. Just need more time for making programs, pictures etc. How many assignments is one capable of finishing in one term?

Ok - the little fight with DotTK is finally over! No more splash/intro page, rollover images are now preloaded onto this page and everything seems to be working fine. I really shouldn't be working on my site right now, too many assignments...and I believe I'm getting another one next week! Ah well, I'm sure I'll survive and finish all the assignments, if I can resist temptation.

Breezeland 'died' :(. Now I've moved to lycos, and the ads are really annoying, but since its temporary (hopefully I will get an account at www.free2code.net) I think I'll survive . I don't really know why I just moved my site, and currently working on it considering next week is exam week - most likely because this is more appealing. I really should go and complete my IPT assignment now - after next week and I'll have lots more time to work on the site!

Holdays have finally arrived...but so many assignments yet to finish. Anyways, back to the site, I've added the programs page, and finished my first tutorial, and working on the second. In addition, I've also added the name of the links below the pictures so people know where they are going.

Last day of holidays was yesterday - today is first day of term 4....and we have a chemistry test tomorow! Anyway, I'll stop stressing now. I've put up my gallery page - a couple of photos/images are in there. Still working on my second tutorial, though I'm not sure when it will get done has term 4 is bound to be packed full of assessments - though it is the last term for this year...am I too optimistic?

Last day of October - and nearly Exam Block - cram time. Not much extra free time (though still have one week till exams). Exams...study? I think I'm just procrastinating which is not a good sign at all - a whole semester's amount of work to cram into a night. What should I do? - I think I'll go learn Java. (Yes, procrastinating yet again)

Isn't it amazing how time flies - a whole school year has already gone - and I feel like if I've just started! Sorry for the long delay in updating - but exams were rather overloading and being overseas with limited internet access doesn't help with updating a website. I've included a new program in my programs page - feel free to download it and email me comments. And I'm still undecided as to whether I should learn Java or C++.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Its 2004 - my last year of high school!!! Which I suppose is good and bad - good in that it's the last year of high school, bad in that I will have to concentrate on school work more and have less time fiddling around with this site and learning C++.

I am a naughty girl. The only reason I am updating my site is because I don't want to (or more like can't) write my english assignment. Since I don't have much time, there isn't much that is going to be changed, just a few little things here and there. Back to work now I guess.

A big warm welcoming greeting from me. Finally, found some time to update my site, though I must say I still can't find the time to write up tutorials, too much work from school. I guess I really shouldn't be even on the computer, I'm prone to getting sidetracked - should be researching for IPT and English, but evidently that's not happening. Exams coming up soon (eek!), but that means that holidays coming up soon too! Speaking of holidays, the reason I haven't done much updating last holidays is becuase I was learning Flash MX, and if you wish you can go the the gallery and see the 'game' I made. Hello again. I've finished most of the tutorials (yeah!) that are listed...there are a few more that I have planned to come in the HTML section. Though I'm not sure if I should continue to write other tutorials as I don't seem to be able to express myself very well. I guess the decision will have to wait till I have more time. It's FREEZING over here, I think I'll go and hide under my doona! Bye bye.

It's time for celebration!!! If you havne't noticed yet there are no more annoying ads on the site...and the reason? Simple. I'm now hosted by Free2Code! Despite the several assignments and catching up I should be doing, I just couldn't resist transferring my site to Free2Code. The next month or so I'll be very busy, so don't expect me to update much, but I promise around mid to end of September onwards I'll have much more time on my hands. So for now, I better go and finish my overloading mountain of work.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! 2004 is over and it is now 2005. Haven't updated my site for quite some time since I got a part time job and been distracted by Warcraft III. Not sure if I will be constantly updating the site since I'm learning C++, and I really want to learn PHP to make this site more 'dynamic'.

Hello all, it has been a very long time since I've been able to update my site...and unfortunately, 'update' has recently meant just adding to this front page. Been very busy with university work - and having to pay 4.4c/mb doesn't help in surfing the net ><". Why 4.4c/mb you ask? Well, I'm in UNSW and therefore live in college - so no "real" internet for me while I'm at uni! Well, hopefully I will soon get an idea of what to add/change to my site.

Another year has nearly gone! So quick!!! I've finished first year of Uni already...scary. But on a different topic - I've updated the site again! And this time it isn't just a small update as in adding a blog entry. I've actually put all the blog entries into a database, and used php to 'extract' the entries! So now, the index page only shows 8 entries, and you can click on view all entries below to view all the entries (which are listed in chronological order). I'll be playing with php more - and maybe I might even make my own little forum type thing :D.

HAPPY NEW YEAR to all!!!, It's already 2006, so quick! Haven't really been updating my site much recently, but don't really know what to add. But as I said last time, been playing round with php - learning a bit more everytime I decide to work on the site. But keep forgetting it really quickly as well ><". I probably should update/finish the tutorials or maybe even write simple php tutorials or something.

Yeah! Added a page where I can easily add entries to my website/blog :D Which means that it will be updated much more often! Can't say much now since it's like 2am in the morning - but so happy! Still a few things to iron out, but at least it seems to be working so all is good!

Oh, and if you haven't realised, I have moved my site to Jumba. They are a great hosting company!

Again it is 2am in the morning...despite my MSN nickname saying "Resolution: Sleep before midnight" I don't think I've kept my resolution in a very long time! There are still quite a few things that I'd like to add to this site - and since now I will update the front page much more often, I think I'll have to slightly change the layout, so I can add pictures etc. Oh wells, I really should go now - goodnight! (or should I say goodmorning :P)

End of Week 11, 3 more weeks till STUVAC and then exams! The semester has gone so quickly...feels like I haven't learnt anything at all (maybe it's a sign that I should start revising/learning for exams). Still got heaps of assignments left, but at least the massive legal assignment is done, kaput! I really should be more organised, cramming in uni just doesn't seem to quite work.

One thing that I did find out over the past week, after getting a virus on my computer is that there are great sources of information/support out there on the internet! CastleCops and Wilders Security are just two examples of forums with experts who are amazingly helpful!

Yeah! Did absolutely no work today. Woke up, had breakfast - went back to sleep. Woke up few hours later, checked email, lunch - went back to sleep. Woke up and then decided let's update my site. I guess I've caught up on the lack of sleep over the past few weeks :)

A quick question to anyone who actually reads my blog - do you know what I changed today? (Other than this entry, and the 'last updated' section). A cookie for those who can figure it out. Hint: The only content I added is this entry.

It's the 1st of November! Time has gone so quickly! It's scary :S. Two more days of uni, and then it's STUVAC...then exams ><" Only thing is this time round STUVAC will have a legal exam in the middle of it! (though it's for the good of things - but still annoying) Doing 6 subjects this semester means 6 exams *dies*. One last assignment to finish off still though :(

To some more interesting stuff - I'll finish my 2nd year of uni on the 23rd November! (and will be going back home on the 25th :D). Another random thing, I'll hopefully add a "comment" feature to my blog when I get the time to! Oh, and I'm guessing no one has yet been able to find the change I've made last time =P (Cookie is still up for grabs!) Oh, and to annoy you, I made another similar change...anyone know what it is?

Today was a mixed day - last day of lectures for 2006 Session 2! No more lectures to sleep through :D But then again, that means exams are coming up :( Got our evil legal questions today, no fun, I can already see all the mad writing/memorising in the next few days!

Another bad thing thta happened today (well, technically in the wee hours of Nov 3rd) was that I saw a cockroach in my room ><" (Sad thing was my first reaction was to move my laptop so that the cockroach wouldn't somehow crawl into one of the fan vents...) But yeah, after 20min or so of chasing/searching the cockroach it finally scuttled out of my room under my door (no squashed cockroach :D)...so now, I have stuffed stuff under my door so it won't come back in...but that also means I can't go out!

Yeah! Finished legal exam, but now my right hand is dead...and been making so many typos just typing a simple email ><" But all done memorising 10 outlines of essays and I think I'm forgetting them all now! Chii wants me to type the password to the login, but I'll let him figure it out himself *mwahahahaheeee* Ok, I need some sleep now.

hihi all! The semester has finished =P (well technically it finished for me around 4pm on the 23rd) I'm in Brisbane right now and it is stinking hot...I think it's something like 35C at the moment! Nothing much happening in Brisbane right now, just trying to stay alive in the heat really.

Few weeks ago though, while I was still in Sydney, on the Saturday 18th went to Sculpture by the Sea with some friends - it was awesome! There were some 100+ sculptures that went from Bondi to Tamarama and we saw them all :) The one I liked best was a particular sculpture where from one angle it looked said less and from another it said more. And if you looked at it from a random angle it just didn't say anything.

Oh, and another change to the website - Jumba unfortunately had to stop their free hosting, so I've moved my site to Servers Australia. Thanks to Jumba for offering the free hosting before, and thanks to Servers Australia for offering free hosting now =P

Time really flies - it is already 2007! This website has been in existence for about 3.5 years. Thinking about it, psychopyko.tk has gone through 4 different webhosts, heaps of 'blog' entries, slow development of features but the layout has not changed!

Have been fine with all the changes (bit of a nuisance with the webhosts) but it is rather unfortunate that dotTK now forces ads, but I guess it is inevitable :(

Despite all this, there will be slow development/enhancements to the website, maybe even more tutorials will appear! Possibly one day, I will get a webhosting plan, and a domain name and reduce all this jumping around!

The first day of March! and already the 2nd last day of week 1 of uni! Still can't believe I'm already in 3rd year of university, but can already see/predict the mountain load of work that will come up ><"

Been contemplating if I should get a domain name, very tempting! Something like $12/year...so $1/month - not much, but there is no real reason I need a domain name right now.

I guess if I do get a domain I will have to spend more time and put more effort into my webpage, and hopefully get more people reading :) though that'll probably mean I need mroe interesting content...hmm...

Random fact: it is 07/03/07 today :) I just find it amusing that the '07' matches up...yes, small things amuse small minds!

More importantly though, after some thought and discussion, I decided to get a domain name! As it can be seen, my website is now psychopyko.com (though I felt there was a 'ring' to tk). But this is definitely more stable and definitely no ads etc, so I reckon it is worth it.

I guess one good thing about this is that now I am paying a yearly fee for my domain, I will most likely work more on my website (must find the time!), and hopefully it'll come up higher in Google searches. Wish me luck!

Ok, it's 1:35am now (though my watch says 12:35am because of daylight saving) but either way, daylight savings or not I am no longer a teenager ><" Time really does fly doesn't it?

Well, just for the record, I've been spending my first few hours of being 20 doing a lot of random things - working on assignments, msn, and trying to solve a puzzle which I got as a present a few minutes ago =P (Have a feeling this puzzle will be a nice challange!)

There isn't really much else to say, and I really should be getting some much needed sleep, but at the same time really should be getting the first stage of the assingment working - too much puzzle solving for me these few days ><"

Holidays are great :D Finished exams yesterday so now all is good! In the last 5~10 minutes of the exam it was hard to concentrate...kept thinking "I'm freeee!!!" But either way I don't think I got that last answer correct - ah wells. Though it doesn't matter now as it is all done =P So now to enjoy the holidays...bludge time!

Planning to learn php and AJAX by the end of this year - so hopefully this blog will be revamped :)

Today is a special day :) The reason being it is....05/06/07 =P Yes, rather trivial, but I'm just being the usual me and noticing small silly things that interest me.

I guess another thing that makes today special is it is a blog entry in a long long time...since March actually! Reason being uni has been very hectic and my time management skills haven't been all that great.

Lots of assignments, supervising labs and overloading probably isn't the best combination to do all at once. Despite all that, and many sleepless nights, feeling like a zombie from lack of sleep and tuning out in lecture because I just simply can't stay awake, I think this session has been quite good. It's probably one of the last sessions where I'll have such a heavy workload (uni-wise) as I've finished my electives, and geneds - so just core subjects left!

Next session I'll be working full time (IT2) at RTA, doing 2 subjects (and contemplating lab supervision again). So I guess it'll be just as busy, but hopefully I'll learn from this session and organise my time better. Still want to add more stuff to my blog and deviantart - but that means I really need to get my act together!

Guess what? It's another special day - 07/07/07 :) Though unfortunately I'm sick right now ><" so I've pretty much just been sleeping all day.

Started work this week, and so far so good :) Been playing around with JSP, and I think I'll be helping out with maintaining confluence and jira. Though being the first week haven't really been doing anything, other than getting to know JSP bit better - but I guess that's expected. Hopefully next week it'll be better :)

Not a special day, but just going to post on my blog anyway :) After thinking about it, I think I will transfer my blog to wordpress rather than trying to write my own blog (made my decision after having a look at the wordpress files - soo complicated!!)

Once I do transfer to wordpress, I'm going to try my best to post as regularly as possible - something which hasn't been happening with my blog currently as it isn't all that easy to make new posts (and even less time to fix up the back end to make things easy!) Fingers crossed that something will happen soon!

Ok, I know a bit more than a week ago I said I would transfer my current blog to wordpress - and I did plan to do it on the 28th of July...though participated in college picnic and lots of yummy chocolate at the end :D so didn't have much time on Saturday.

Not long after that borrowed Harry Potter 7 from a friend and just finished it today at 2am...shockingly there were 2 nights which I did not even open my laptop!

But the real reason for the delay is that another site I manage might just be transferred to use Atlassian's well known wiki - Confluence. What has this got to do with a delay in my blog? well, if all goes well, I'm hoping to be able to take over the hosting plan (from the other site I manage) which has much more space/bandwidth than the current one I'm using. I'm delaying the move since I do not see much point going into the hassle of changing everything now, only to have to go into the hassle of moving everything and making sure it all works - might as well start fresh and new :)

So, fingers-crossed, and if all goes well everything will be transformed!

hi to all :) As you've probably noticed, my blog hasn't advanced much, and I missed the 'special date' post yesterday :( 07/08/07 ... so I'm going to make sure I don't miss today's! 08/08 :)

At the moment I'm at work, so I should be working - but it's too early for that ><" However, I'm discovering the wonders of JSF/Facelets at work right now so it isn't all that bad =P Still heaps to learn and understand, but I guess at least I got something simple working.

Fingers crossed that by the end of the month my blog would have transformed.

Guess what? After all the thinking of taking over the other site's hosting plan, Jumba merged with AussieHQ which meant they did a complete rehaul of their plans! Which also means it doesn't matter anymore, so I just signed up to a brand new account :) In the Jumba forums there has been quite a bit of a debate if the merge was good or not, but I'm just hoping for the best (and being optimistic me) signed up to the basic personal hosting plan.

With that in mind, I'm hoping to complete all the transfer/setting up over the weekend - though got paintball this weekend, but hopefully I'll still find the time. Stay tuned :)
